KP Planner - Planning and Operations at Abu Dhabi Ports; core responsibility to assist Ports - Terminal Manager to plan and execute polices, projects, improve efficiency and make better decisions overall to improve port operations, meeting customer service standards.

Manager – Planning and Operations at CSAV Group Pvt Ltd; core responsibility for planning and scheduling of ships operated in Europe Middle east  and Asia region in addition to schedule integrity, cross functional coordination and cross cultural transformations.( 2008 to 2015)

  • Container Stowage Planning, Supervision, Operation management, Business process improvement and solutions.

Manager (Shifts)  –Terminal Operations, Pipavav Port- A.P. Møller Maersk Terminals; managed and Lead a team in Container and Bulk   -  2007 to 2008  (

  • Cargoes division with an exposure to entire gamut of operations management , global logistics and supply chain dynamics among others.
  • Resource management, stevedoring management, inventory planning and control, quality and productivity management.
  • Business process improvement, vendor management, cargo handling contracts negotiation, cost & claim management.

  • Promoted to 4 Officer on while serving on ship with an appreciation letter from the company. .

Achievements Minutiae 

  • Developed & implemented an innovative cost saving concept addressing bunker fuel, contributing to an annual saving of 206K USD.
  • Coordinated development & planning of controls and operational monitoring for Container and RORO yard strategies.
  • Implemented cost reduction strategies in decisive manner by efficient planning and co- ordination of vessels which yielded in annual savings of 375K USD.
  • Developed creative approaches for Business SOP integration for inter departmental functions.
