This project at ABB-Hongkong (one month duration) was aimed to do a market study of Turbocharger to find out current market condition, company’s market share and requirement of clients.

(2)- Project Title: Improvement of Service Level of Laminate in Centuryply

The project at Century Ply was aimed at improving the Service level of Laminate, to set a reorder point (ROP) considering the past billing pattern so that the probability of stock out during the ordering lead time of 12 days is less than 5%.
